The Pdf files are dynamically created on the server in real-time and may
take some time to download. Please be patient.
If you have the Acrobat Reader plugin installed on your machine, the pdf file will open up in a new browser window. You may then save it to your hard disk using
the FILE -> Save menu option of the browser.
If you do not have the Acrobat plugin installed, the browser will directly prompt you to save the Pdf file to your hard disk.
